Delete Your Account

What happens when you delete your account?

• Your account credentials and profile information will be permanently removed.
• All voice and audio data associated with your account will be deleted.
• Your custom phrases, vocabulary preferences, and communication settings will be erased.
• Any in-app messages and user-generated content will be removed.
• Usage and analytics data linked to your account will be anonymized or deleted.

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We retain minimal data for up to 30 days after the request to allow for account recovery, after which all data is permanently deleted.

How to request account deletion

Send us an email from the address associated with your Streamind account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
